Contact Job Titles
The contact job title of the most senior contact name is a key determinant when considering business mailing lists. 96% of Responsiva's mailing lists have a contact name.
When specifying business prospect data, you can opt to ensure all records contain a contact name.
The job title tells us a lot about the business list;
- 72% of job titles are directors. This includes titles like Managing Director, Proprietor, Partner, Chief Executive and Chairman. These are decision-making job titles with a clear autonomy at the business site. These are perfect as a telemarketing data list.
- 28% of job titles are managers. For example, Office Manager, Branch Manager.
These titles have value but are less likely to convert for marketing most services.
Customer Profiling
One of the strongest methods of identifying perfect prospect lists is to profile your existing customers. A business mailing list is ideal when the prospect data therein "looks like" your existing customers.
A customer profile has three stages:
- Match the customer database to the business universe.
- Review all variables (from the universe) of the matched customers, and identify trends.
The most common trends typically occur with the industry classifications, market sectors and company sizes. Customer profiling yields a targeted database list specification for your key prospects. (e.g. "Finance Sector with 20+ employees").

Our clients place regular count requests (which are free of charge) and orders for telephone data, and receive a single monthly invoice on 30-days terms, listing all orders placed within the last month.
As 27% of the business universe is registered with the Telephone Preference Service, Responsiva only supply counts and telephone lists which have been pre-screened. i.e. from the remaining 73% of the file.
A telephone data list contains all the necessary information to conduct an effective marketing campaign, and all previous orders may be excluded as standard if desired.
All call centre data is guaranteed to contain less than 1.5% dead numbers.
