There are 1,336 distinct postal towns to select a prospect list by. Whilst the marketing data will typically relate to a bona fide town, in many of the rural areas the postcode district will relate to the nearest village. And in the built-up regions the data will be referred by city, such as London or Birmingham. In supplying your prospect data Responsiva will format the file into Excel as standard, and supply to you via email. Should any other format be required (e.g. csv, text or labels) please state this when placing your order for a prospect file. Most formats may be accommodated without extra cost, but there is a surcharge for labels. It is common for clients to provide a Suppression File with their data orders. This comprises a data list of businesses which should not be contacted, and list brokers should not be supplying. Typical reasons why a business may be resident on a suppression file include: existing customers, existing prospects or businesses requesting not to be contacted again. Responsiva’s telephone lists have a guaranteed data quality. Although every telemarketing data list supplied is expected to contain less than 1% in dead phone numbers, we fully guarantee that you will not get more than 2%. Any excess of this figure is fully refunded without question, or a replacement telemarketing list supplied in its place. The full business data list universe contains approximately 3 million sites. One million of these include casual sole traders (e.g. someone who work as a magician at weekends) and multiple businesses from the same site (e.g. a garage which also sells and hires cars). Responsiva only supply prospect files from the reduced universe of two million businesses.
